I'm unsure whether I should wrap 'placeholder' in Cell, or DomRefCell, or leave as it is now.
Also, the spec says that the placeholder should be presented with line breaks stripped off,
should it be done in this stage?

Opening this PR to invite feedback.
Of the many `match` statement candidates for conversion to `if let`, several included `if` guards. Since `if let` doesn't support this syntax, I used nested if statements. If this is undesirable, say the word and I can revert those cases to `match`.

Sorry for the late PR for the issue #4534.
This issue is more complicated than I thought, I have to un-comment the Form-related attribute in Button element.
In the beginning, I modify the files in `bindings` directory, and it's ... generated files.
Hope I don't make something wrong.

This used to conflict with the util crate from the standard library, which
has long since been removed.
The import in layout has not been changed because of a conflict with the
util mod there.

Now `#[dom_struct]` also generates Reflectable impls, and there's another lint to ensure that a DOM struct only contains one bare DOM field (as the first field) or a Reflector.
A lot of this was generated by sed -- each autogenerated change has its own commit for easy review; these will be squashed later.

We can reset `<input type=text>` fields! I wish I could've done something with checkboxes, but unfortunately, that's it for now.
In addition to that, this PR implements `HTMLInputAttribute.defaultValue`, updates wpt-test to expect passing tests as a result of that implementation, and fixes an index error crash with text inputs.
edit: also includes an html example where one may lazily watch form resets in action: ` tests/html/form_reset_handsfree.html`

This PR removes public fields from all (hope I didn't miss any) DOM structs. Should |Page| be privatized as well? This PR additionally introduces a #[privatize] lint to ensure nobody accidentally re-introduces a public field.

This is missing a lot of parts, so it doesn't really make any real-world form submission work yet. It provides a skeleton on which the missing bits can be filled in.
What works:
- `<input>` elements except for `type=file`
- GET/POST methods
- URLencoded `enctype`s (default)
- Submission via `<form>.submit()` only
Stuff that needs to be done for most simple real-world cases to work:
- [Working text input](https://github.com/servo/servo/pull/3585)
- Click handlers for `<submit>`
- Possibly `<textarea>` support
- Support for the other two enctypes (#3649)
Todo:
- Correctly implement [planned navigation](https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/forms.html#planned-navigation) using `TrustedFormAddress` (#3648)
- [Correctly implement form owners.](https://github.com/servo/servo/issues/3553) Requires html5ever and some discussion of the spec.
- `<input type=file>` support
- Image submit support
- Browsing contexts/targets
- Support for non-`<input>` controls
- Validation (?)
- Dirname (?)

This patch puts in the initial framework for incremental reflow. Nodes' styles
are no longer recalculated unless the node has changed.
I've been hacking on the general problem of incremental reflow for the past
couple weeks, and I've yet to get a full implementation that actually passes all
the reftests + wikipedia + cnn. Therefore, I'm going to try to land the different
parts of it one by one.
This patch only does incremental style recalc, without incremental flow
construction, inline-size bubbling, reflow, or display lists. Those will be coming
in that order as I finish them.
At least with this strategy, I can land a working version of incremental reflow,
even if not yet complete.

So far the changes to layout seem fairly well-contained; I think this is worth integrating to give us a browser that is easier to dogfood (and allows us to work on things like form submission much easier), especially since the long-term viability of WebComponents-as-forms is not assured.
