d2ed260822 Bug 1517241 - Rename nsIDocument to mozilla::dom::Document. r=smaug 
Summary: Really sorry for the size of the patch. It's mostly automatic
s/nsIDocument/Document/ but I had to fix up in a bunch of places manually to
add the right namespacing and such.

Overall it's not a very interesting patch I think.

nsDocument.cpp turns into Document.cpp, nsIDocument.h into Document.h and
nsIDocumentInlines.h into DocumentInlines.h.

I also changed a bunch of nsCOMPtr usage to RefPtr, but not all of it.

While fixing up some of the bits I also removed some unneeded OwnerDoc() null
checks and such, but I didn't do anything riskier than that.

f131713362 Bug 1516366 - Move base classes from nsDocument to nsIDocument. r=smaug 
This is a big step in order to merge both.

Also allows to remove some very silly casts, though it causes us to add some
ToSupports around to deal with ambiguity of casts from nsIDocument to
nsISupports, and add a dummy nsISupports implementation that will go away later
in the series.

befb3a6212 Bug 1432396 - Call UnblockOnload only if we've already blocked load event. r=bz 
When the window is destroyed in unload event callbacks for the previous
document, we haven't started loading, i.e. we haven't called BlockOnload()
for the new document in nsContentSink::WillBuildModelImpl, so if we called
nsDocument::StopDocumentLoad() in such cases, UnblockOnload calls will mismatch
BlockOnload calls.

d225f7151b Bug 1400460 - Rename nsIAtom as nsAtom. r=hiro. 
(Path is actually r=froydnj.)

Bug 1400459 devirtualized nsIAtom so that it is no longer a subclass of
nsISupports. This means that nsAtom is now a better name for it than nsIAtom.
