Keep our old 'progressbar' as an alias for now, but unship
'progresschunk' by restricting it to UA/chrome sheets only.
Unship 'progresschunk-vertical' by removing it since it's
not used internally for anything.
nsNativeThemeWin.cpp has a lot of warnings at build time. They hides preceding
errors and warning due to too many. This patch avoids the warnings with:
- adding |default| case of each |switch| statement with widget type.
- removing unused overload of ScaleForFrameDPI().

The main benefit of doing this is that if semi-transparent colors are
specified on scrollbar-color, they can blend natively with underlying
content. This may match authors' expectation better.

Since Windows doesn't provide native thin scrollbar variant, this patch
tries to synthesize one by doing the following:
* force to use custom scrollbar, and
* hide the scrollbar button by giving them zero size, and
* cut the thickness of scrollbar by half.
Half thickness is picked randomly, but it seems to work fine. A third
of the size also looks fine, but maybe a bit harder to drag.
Note: Universal Windows Platform apps seem to have an overlay style of
scrollbar by default, but I cannot find any Windows API to render that,
so that may be a builtin component of UWP. We may want to do that at
some point, but this is probably good enough for now.

The patch at bug 1478391 comment 6 changed the way the math in Scrollbarbutton*
worked, which pretty surely caused this.
Restore the original order and math to be the same as before bug 1478391.

Refactored StyleComplexColor to support "complex" blending between
background (numeric) color and foreground color (currentColor).
Made explicit the distinction between numeric, currentColor and a
complex blend in Gecko and Stylo.
This is to support SMIL animation, for example, of the form:
<animate from="rgb(10,20,30)" by="currentColor" ... />

Bug 1400459 devirtualized nsIAtom so that it is no longer a subclass of
nsISupports. This means that nsAtom is now a better name for it than nsIAtom.

The problem happened only on themed widget. The problem was triggered by Bug 888870. It just added Windows 8.1 support. When high contrast mode was enabled on Win 10, background color problem happend on themed widgets. There were 2 patterns.
- After hover the menu item, its background color remained highlighted
- After hover the menu item, its background color became black
From it, the problem seemed to be caused by background color drawing of themed widgets. nsNativeThemeWin::DrawWidgetBackground() does the background color drawing. AssumeThemePartAndStateAreTransparent() controls skipping background color drawing of themed widgets. If AssumeThemePartAndStateAreTransparent() was removed, the problem was addressed. From it, how DrawThemeBackground() works seems to be changed on high contrast mode since since Win8.1. To address the problem, the patch remove the skipping on high contrast mode since since Win8.1
