e43f5a49fd Remove nsIStyleContext (bug 114713), r/sr=dbaron. Changed lots of methods to use nsStyleContext* or already_AddRefed<nsStyleContext> as return values, depending on whether a reference is returned. 8e8fb14ea0 Fix 2 cases where ReResolveStyleContext was broken, causing serious problems with dynamic style reresolution. Change nsIFrame::GetStyleContextProvider to GetParentStyleContextFrame, always use its result rather than using the parent frame in some cases, and move a bit of the complexity into the GetParentStyleContextFrame implementations. Fix block-within-inline case (bug 129350) using a special-previous-sibling frame property and ensuring that NS_FRAME_IS_SPECIAL is copied when frames are split. Fix out-of-flow frame case (bug 88154) by going to the placeholder map and by parenting the placeholder frame style contexts to the style context from their frame parent rather than the out-of-flow frame. b=129350 r=attinasi sr=hyatt a=asa 2002-03-27 02:38:13 +00:00

bce1929fcf bug 24037 r=attinasi; nsOuterTableFrame handles bad incremental reflow by using the height of its rect. 
bug 23235 r=attinasi; nsTableRowFrame requests max element size when reflowing cell for the 1st time.
bug 24410 r=attinasi; nsTableCellFrame reflow always checks width and height and updates the content empty flag.

nsGenericHTMLElement.cpp,h    added table frame creation, common table attribute parsing
nsHTMLTable*Element.cpp       these are the new table content classes
nsHTMLContentSink.cpp         enabled the new content and removed the old
nsHTMLStyleSheet.cpp          fixed the table style optimizations to work with new content
nsTable*Frame.cpp             these work with the new content

89e198237d expanded nsIFrame::List to include nsIListFilter *aFilter param, by default nsnull. 
aFilter is useful for determining if a frame should output itself during
a List().  In any event, the children of the frame are always processed.
added nsIListFilter, an interface for any object that wants to act like a filter for frame dumps
added   static NS_LAYOUT nsIListFilter * GetFilter(nsString *aFilterName);
currently, only TableListFilter implements nsIListFilter.
in response to List(...TableListFilter), the frame model is dumped in a way that is useful
for table layout regression testing.  Currently this is controlled by command line switches on the viewer app.

d7f07f5ef7 simple tables now paginate nicely. Some more complex tables 
also paginate ok, though resizing in paginated mode doesn't work yet.
Captions still don't work.
