204f870fd6 Bug 1530348 - Unfork aboutNetError.{xhtml,css}. r=nhnt11 
The larger changesets in this patch are simply moving code from one file into the other with hg mv.

A short summary of the changes:

- I removed the forked redirection from AboutRedirector.cpp
- I deleted the original aboutNetError.xhtml and aboutNetError.css files
  and moved aboutNetError-new.xhtml and aboutNetError-new.css in their place instead.
- I removed the browser.security.newcerterrorpage.enabled pref and all its usages.
- I removed some localization strings and resources that went unused because of the above changes.

9eeac5a5a2 Bug 1525086 - Part 3b - Start the RDD sandbox earlier r=Alex_Gaynor 
Start the RDD process earlier by changing RDDProcessHost to pass the necessary command line arguments for enabling the sandbox.

Per lsmp output on 10.14.3, starting the RDD process sandbox removes access to WindowServer, coreservicesd, lsd and distnoted.

Add a pref (defaulting to on) to control enabling starting the RDD process earlier.

ccfca9d153 Bug 1531902: Enable launcher process pref on beta; r=mhowell 
* We remove the launcher process prefs from `firefox.js` and just use defaults
  at the time we access the pref;
* We set the pref to true by default on nightly and beta;
* We modify `SetupLauncherProcessPref` to save the initial state of the
  launcher process to `gLauncherProcessState` to reflect the status of the
  launcher process *at startup*;
* We modify `nxXULAppInfo::GetLauncherProcessState` to call
  `SetupLauncherProcessPref` as the former may be called from JS ahead of the
  call to `SetupLauncherProcessPref` that we do in `XRE_mainRun`;
* We modify `LauncherRegistryInfo::ReflectPrefToRegistry` to not clobber any
  registry settings unless the new pref value differs from the previous pref
  value. We also update the test to reflect this change.

d6d1ff2060 Bug 1503538 Part 1/5: Move printf_stderr to a shared header r=aklotz 
In the tree we have two copies of printf_stderr() with the comment,
"Ideally this should be shared". This moves the function to a new exported
header which can be the basis for other similar debugging utility functions.

To include it,
#include "mozilla/glue/Debug.h"

A small concern with this is that printf_stderr() is in the global namespace,
and could conflict if it's inadvertently included along with, for example,
nsDebug.h which also defines this function. The warning in the comment at the
top of the file attempts to mitigate this.

b709cc9b5d Bug 1526475 - Add file logging to the updater r=rstrong 
File logging can be turned on by setting `app.update.log.file=true`. It will log update messages that would normally go to the browser console (assuming `app.update.log==true`) to a file in the user profile directory called "update_messages.log". File logging will last for a single Firefox session only before it automatically disables itself.

The goal of this is to make it easier to get troubleshooting/debugging information from users that might complain of update problems. This will be especially important when upcoming changes are made to the update mechanism.

0d71623b50 Bug 1531030: Use MOZ_DISABLE_POISON_IO_INTERPOSER to disable PoisonIOInterposer when it is unsafe to initialize; r=erahm 
If we are running a background thread in the launcher process to log failures,
then allowing the main thread to proceed with monkeypatching system calls is a
Bad Idea. This patch gives us an environment variable that, when set, indicates
that it is unsafe for PoisonIOInterposer to run.

This scenario is an uncommon one, but one that we must account for nonetheless.

5bc9e5bb2b Bug 675539 - Unload tabs in low-memory scenarios r=mconley 
This adds a mechanism that discards tabs when the browser detects a low-memory
scenario. Tabs are discarded in LRU order prioritizing regular tabs over
pinned ones, pinned ones over tabs playing audio and all of the previous over
pinned tabs playing audio.

f4dc9b5b3d Bug 1527811 - Hide OpenH264 by default on Windows on ARM. r=dminor,r=Gijs 
We don't have an aarch64 build of OpenH264 yet, and WebRTC on aarch64 is
blocked by DirectShow support from MS, so just hide OpenH264 from the addons
manager UI for now.

We achieve this by moving the isEME() check in GMPUtils.isPluginHidden() down
to after the isPluginSupported()||isPluginVisible() check, so we can use
the media.gmp-gmpopenh264.visible pref to hide OpenH264 in the addons
manager.

When we are ready to enable WebRTC, we can flip the pref.

5e37afdb09 Bug 1522923 - Turn off blocking autoplay on Beta. r=cpearce 
We would enable blocking autoplay feature via roll-out (Normandy), not just fliping on the pref.

Therefore, we would turn off the pref on Beta on Feb 25th, which gives us 4 weeks on and 3 weeks off on Beta. And then use Normandy to turn the feature on step by step.
