e24b098f02 Bug 1077652 - SessionStore should accept :setupSyncHandler and :update messages from browsers without tabs r=smacleod 
By making SessionStore accept :setupSyncHandler and :update messages from <xul:browser>s without a tab assigned we can preload a <xul:browser> in the background and assign a tab later. SessionStore will have the correct sync handler and know about the current content loaded in that browser. If the browser will never be assigned to a tab the received data will simply be discarded when the browser goes away due to the use of WeakMaps in SessionStore.

16d4bec6ab Bug 1096763 - fix webide button issues with customize mode, r=Unfocused 
This fixes the button to not call createWidget repeatedly when the button is in the palette.

It also fixes an edge case in CustomizableUI where, if you restore defaults, we don't re-add custom widgets to the list of seen widgets, meaning they'll be restored to their default position on next start, even if you move them after restoring to defaults.

a63486fa3f Bug 982115 - PlacesTransactions: (1) Decouple |transact| and |batch|, and make batch work like Task.spawn, rather than the custom solution we had so far (yielding transactions rather than calling |transact| for the batched transactions). so that |transact| may be called during a batch from any function, not limiting the batch 'context' to the function passed to |batch|; (2) Rename the uri input property to URL, and allow passing DOM URL objects for it (in addition to plain specs and nsIURI objects) - this matches recent Bookmark.jsm and History.jsm work; (3) Improve the module documentation. r=mak. 2014-11-10 10:36:56 +02:00
