dfe3513814 Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. 5a6317b8a5 Bug 88413: Remove |GetUnicode()| from nsString (and replace it with |get()|). r=dbaron, rs=scc. 
This removes all call-sites I can currently fix. Tomorrow I'll try to get someone to checkin my changes to security/ and I'll get some help with the Netscape side of things.

nsString::GetUnicode()'s final death-blow will be dealt soon. Please keep this in mind as you add new code :-)

1ac7a3715e Bug 77834: Fix problem where form control state is being restored to the wrong form control or not restored at all when going back and forth through session history. The problem was that the hash key we used was the content ID, which was not consistent from page load to page load. 99666eed8c This checkin enables mozilla to support the printing of selection, the printing of page ranges, and 
the printing of headers and footers.
Printing of selection is implemented by the frames figuring out if they are in the selection and painting
if they or not they they don't paint. This also only allows the printing of the first page of
selections, alothough it is well documented where this is implemeted so it can be removed.

edbb56773e Fix leak on hovering over a scrollbar and re-fix similar leak for text inputs (bug 42895) by adding a "general" method for unrooting anonymous content created through nsIAnonymousContentCreator, plus a hack to deal with the scrollbars on the root element. Some of the other SetDocumentForAnonymousContent methods *may* need to be implemented. ee4b181034 Changing the way content elements store their name information, previously the elements generally stored a name atom and a namespace ID, now they store a pointer to a shared structure containing the name atom, the prefix atom and the namespace ID. This structure is shared between nodes with unique names (ie same name, prefix and ns ID) within a document. Documents now hold a hash table of the names in the document. The changes to mozilla/rdf are not reviewed but they are approved by waterson@netscape.com and the changes to mozilla/layout are reviewed by buster@netscape.com. 2000-05-10 13:13:39 +00:00

0a6321f0ae made a small change to the way the file control interacts with the embedded gfx text control

e18026d96e bug #3547- Modified nsFileControlFrame.cpp to call nsFormFrame::AddFormControlFrame. 
bug #5589. Selection area is now calculated using the inherited Reflow rather
than using the calculations used for the native listbox control.
Fixed varous other rendering bugs related to frame-based listboxes.
bug #2797. GetSize is no longer needed in nsListControlFrame and it has been removed.
Fixed frame-based combobox nsComboboxFrame so that will set it's label to the
first option in the drop-down list if a default value has not been specified.
Added optgroup style rules to ua.css. Opt groups now render, but there are remaining
problems with selection.
Modified nsButtonControlFrame::Reflow to call nsFormFrame::AddFormControlFrame.
This fixes a bug where Gfx-rendered submit button's were not working.
Refactored code in nsListControlFrame in preparation for supporting option groups.
Refactored selection code into SingleSelect and MultiSelect paths.
Removed unused code in nsListControlFrame.
Removed mSelectedFrame member variable. It is no longer needed.
Fixed nsListControlFrame::SetProperty so that it will toggle the selection in a
single select listbox.

0006f5de38 Fixed call to ProbePseudoStyleContext in nsButtonControlFrame so it will compile 
when NS_GFX_RENDER_FORM_ELEMENTS is defined.
Added checks to nsFileControlFrame::Reflow to make sure the pseudo styles actually
could be loaded. If they can't be loaded it uses the file upload elements style.
