f261cff897 Bug 1498023 - Search shortcuts should hide all one-off UI when typed r=mak,Mardak 
* Disable or enable the one-offs per each new search based on whether the first char is "@". The patch does this in `onResultsAdded`, where other per-search initialization happens.
* Remove the `disableOneOffButtons` option from the urlbar `search` method. It's not necessary anymore now that one-offs are automatically hidden for the only caller that uses this option (new tab with the "@engine" tiles).
* Make the `oneOffSearchesEnabled` getter return the actual status of the one-off UI instead of relying on an `_oneOffSearchesEnabled` property.

The use of defaultEngine makes more sense and thus we are phasing out the use of currentEngine and replace it with defaultEngine.

42c8938dfc Bug 1493844 - Part 2 - Remove the "caption" and "groupbox" bindings. r=bgrins,dao,jaws,johannh,surkov 
Proper native "groupbox" styling depends on the structure of the XBL binding. By restyling the Page Info dialog, the native styling is now unused except for the Print Page Setup dialog on Windows. The native apperance is thus not applied by default anymore, and the "groupbox" element can just be used semantically for accessibility. The Print Page Setup dialog applies the native styling on its own in a way that still works on Windows.

The only other consumers of "groupbox" are the in-content Preferences pages and dialogs. These are updated to use simpler styles that don't depend on the binding structure.

3cc72cc409 Bug 1497960: Make ProfileAge return the same instances for the same profile directory and preload times.json to avoid data races. r=janerik 
ProfileAge now returns a promise that resolves to an instance that has already
loaded its times.json. This makes multiple attempts to update data in times.json
safer.

4086d55bdf Bug 1496128 - Fix perma fail in browser/components/newtab/test/browser for search shortcuts r=k88hudson 
Each of the tests account for search shortcuts being there, so turning them off was leading to failures. Instead, we'll leave them on, since that will be the default case, and let the tests decide on the behaviour for themselves.
