Automatic update from web-platform-testsRemove duplicate CSS tests that exist in WPT For css-style-attribute-modifications.html and child-indexed-pseudo-class.html, copy our local modifications over to the shared WPT copy. For the others, they are exact duplicates of tests in external/wpt/css/css-logical. Remove these duplicate tests.
