Automatic update from web-platform-testsHTML parser: Fix "HTML integration point" implementation in HTMLTreeBuilderSimulator. HTMLTreeBuilderSimulator assumed only <foreignObject> as an HTML integration point. This CL adds <annotation-xml>, <desc>, and SVG <title>.
