Jonas Allmann 1db9db7604 Bug 1529231, Remove all occurences of ondialogaccept and ondialogcancel, r=Gijs
Removed all occurences of ondialogaccept.
Removed all occurences of ondialogcancel.
Replaced all removed attributes with event handlers.
