Alex Hochheiden b5056f7015 Bug 1962485 - Fix jj tests in mozversioncontrol r=sfink, ahal
- Inject `jj` into `PATH` in CI.
- Windows tempdir from pytest was too long for some `jj` files created on init.
- Comments in `steps` were being interpreted as commands.
- The `diff` from `jj` is different from `hg`/`git`, so check for both.
- MacOS workers don't have a `jj` compatible version of `git`, so we skip `jj` tests on MacOS in CI for now. `Error: Git does not recognize required option: no-write-fetch-head (note: supported version is 2.40.4)`
