This patch enables JetStream 3.0 to run on the Fenix application. There have been changes that have improved the doxbee promise test as of late. Additionally, in CI it seems there was a timing issue where JetStream’s UI was not fully initialized before the benchmark started. The patch now waits for the #status button to be fully configured (i.e., its onclick handler attached) before triggering JetStream.start() A pref is also set for the time being to prevent Fenix from silently killing slow scripts.
