	hwmon: (ftsteutates) Update specifications website
The Fujitsu OEM Mainboard business was acquired by Kontron, so the specifications of the Teutates chip was transferred to the new Kontron FTP server. Update the specifications website accordingly. The outdated sensors how-to was omitted.
