Michael Neuling fa759e9b09 powerpc: Add DSCR FSCR register bit definition ... This sets the DSCR (Data Stream Control Register) in the FSCR (Facility Status & Control Register). Also harmonise TAR (Target Address Register) FSCR bit definition too.
