	The levenshtein penalty for deleting a character was far higher than
subsituting or inserting a character. Lower the penalty to match that
of inserting a character.
Before:
  $ perf recccord
  perf: 'recccord' is not a perf-command. See 'perf --help'.

After:
  $ perf recccord
