Bug 1877662 - expose mozconfig as an artifact from build-fat-aar. r=glandium,geckoview-reviewers,firefox-build-system-reviewers

Downstream firefox-android tasks need to match some mozconfig options
from geckoview, so this is a way to avoid them getting out of sync.
