e3eca2660e Bug 1070696 - Rename xpc::GetNativeForGlobal to xpc::NativeGlobal and make it accept non-global JSObjects. r=smaug 
The method is infallible, and making the callers invoke
js::GetGlobalForObjectCrossCompartment manually is dumb.

cbb2e81909 Bug 868110 - Remove JS_GetGlobalObject from the IPC test-shell. r=luke 
This one is easy to infer, because we subsequently call JS_CallFunctionValue,
which asserts that cx, obj, and fval are all same-compartment. So assuming
this code doesn't compartment mismatch right now, this should be equivalent.

b5e57820bf Bug 693469 - Implement mozilla::ArrayLength and mozilla::ArrayEnd, and replace uses of NS_ARRAY_LENGTH whenever possible. (Exceptions: assigning to static initializers, use in static assertions, as template parameters, etc. These will go away when the relevant compilers have C++11 constexpr support.) r=cjones
