This lifts a bunch of string conversions higher up the stack, but allows
us to make the servo code use utf-8 unconditionally, and seemed faster
in my benchmarking (see comment 0).
It should also make a bunch of attribute setters faster too (like
setting .cssText), now that we use UTF8String for them (we couldn't
because we couldn't specify different string types for the getter and
setters).

side, and this makes us easier to maintain the Rust type.

translate property through IPC, so its percentage part is redundant.
However, this makes us easier to maintain the Rust type.

For the individual transform properties if they spec a value that can be
expressed as 2d we treat as 2d and serialize accordingly.
We drop Translate::Translate and Scale::Scale, and then rename
Translate::Translate3D as Translate::Translate, Scale::Scale3D as
Scale::Scale. So now we use Translate::Translate to represent 2d and 3d
translation, and Scale::Scale to represent 2d and 3d scale. There is no
difference between 2d and 3d translate/scale in Gecko because we always
convert them into 3d format to layers (on the compositor thread), so this
change makes things simpler.

This depends on https://github.com/eqrion/cbindgen/pull/308. Other than that,
this should be ready to go.
There's still a bit more magic than what I'd like to eventually. I should be
able to make cbindgen not rename types if it doesn't know about them, or
something.
But this removes most of the manual binding function implementations (all but
the ones that are declared via macros, which cbindgen doesn't see across).
I need to give up on the _Drop functions taking an Owned<T> because of
instantiation order fiasco. In order to define DefaultDelete I need Owned to be
complete, but I cannot do it after including the generated file since some
declarations already instantiate the specialization. Oh well.

Additonally, "shell" is unclear ("docshell" vs. "presshell"). Therefore, this

Similarly, some other method names of `Document` are also renamed from
`*Shell*` to `*PresShell*`.

On the sender side of transactions, we have to convert the individual transforms
to the proper types in layers::Animations, and this includes SetAnimatable and
the definition in LayersMessages.
On the compositor side (i.e. received side of transactions). Basically, we
convert the list of layers::Animation into a list of `PropertyAnimationGroup`,
which is an intermediate value. And then use this list to do interpolation for
each property in `SampleAnimationForEachNode`, which will return a list of
`RefPtr<RawServoAnimationValue>`.

I wrote this patch by first removing UNIFIED_ from layout/style/moz.build, and
then rebuilding, and then addressing build errors one by one.
Nearly all of the build errors were for using the "Document" type without a
proper namespace, and I've addressed this by sprinkling "using namespace"
declarations in the affected .cpp files (and removing a few now-unnecessary
dom:: prefixes on types in those files).
The only other errors were for WorkletGlobalScope.h which needed an #include to
provide the type "DOMHighResTimeStamp", and nsHTMLStyleSheet.h which needed a
forward-declaration for the type "mozilla::dom::Document".

Summary: Really sorry for the size of the patch. It's mostly automatic
s/nsIDocument/Document/ but I had to fix up in a bunch of places manually to
add the right namespacing and such.
Overall it's not a very interesting patch I think.
nsDocument.cpp turns into Document.cpp, nsIDocument.h into Document.h and
nsIDocumentInlines.h into DocumentInlines.h.
I also changed a bunch of nsCOMPtr usage to RefPtr, but not all of it.
While fixing up some of the bits I also removed some unneeded OwnerDoc() null
checks and such, but I didn't do anything riskier than that.
All of the removed includes are redundant (i.e. they're #included elsewhere in
the same file).
In most cases, I'm removing the second (redundant) copy of the
#include, except when that copy makes more sense (i.e. if it's in better sorted
order, or if it's paired alongside a closely-associated header while the
earlier copy is not).
Here's the script that I used to generate candidates here -- I ran this in
every subdirectory of layout, on my linux machine (warning, this writes two
files to your /tmp directory):
for FILE in *.h *.cpp; do
nonunique=$(grep \#include $FILE | grep -v List\.h | cut -f2 -d'"' | cut -f2- -d'/'| cut -f2- -d'/' | sort | wc -l)
unique=$( grep \#include $FILE | grep -v List\.h | cut -f2 -d'"' | cut -f2- -d'/'| cut -f2- -d'/' | sort | uniq | wc -l)
if [[ "$unique" != "$nonunique" ]]; then
echo "$FILE: $nonunique / $unique"
grep \#include $FILE | cut -f2 -d'"' | grep -v List\.h | cut -f2- -d'/'| cut -f2- -d'/' | sort > /tmp/nonunique.txt
grep \#include $FILE | cut -f2 -d'"' | grep -v List\.h | cut -f2- -d'/'| cut -f2- -d'/' | sort | uniq > /tmp/unique.txt

For each file touched in this patch, the file had an #include for nsContentUtils.h, but no other mentions of the string "nsContentUtils", nor any mention of its "ScriptBlocker"-related types. So these files likely don't need their nsContentUtils.h include anymore, and we can remove it to get a marginal win on build time/complexity.

This patch basically does:
* remove StyleSetHandle and its corresponding files
* revisit #includes of related header files and change correspondingly
* change nsIPresShell::mStyleSet to be UniquePtr<ServoStyleSet>
* change the creating path of ServoStyleSet to pass UniquePtr
* change other mentions of StyleSetHandle to ServoStyleSet*
* remove AsServo() calls on ServoStyleSet
Some unfortunate bits:
* some methods of (Servo)StyleSet only accepts ServoStyleSheet while
many places call into the methods with StyleSheet, so there are many
->AsServo() added to sheets
