855fd85355 This patch is a bit different, instead of having the DocShell figure out whether it or one of its children are printing or PP, it gets told whether it is, and it caches that value. 
This was done so navigation is as fast as possible, meaning it doesn't have to figure it out each time.
The patch:
1) Adds a method to the nsIContentViewerContainer to tell it whether we are printing or in PP.
2) Fix up the DV and PrintEngine, the DV SetIsXXXX didn't need to set any
values in the PrintEngine, but now instead makes calls and sets the values in DocShells
3) Cleaned up and add a macro to nsIDocumentViewerPrint

11659c8e1c Bug 141295 and 153681 - fix some timing problems with initial focus. Make sure that window watcher's activeWindow accurately reflects the last window to receive an NS_ACTIVATE. Remove the GetFocusController API from nsIDocument, since the focus controller can now be obtained for the entire lifetime of the document by using GetContainer(). 2) Adds a couple of new methods and an attr to nsIWebBrowserPrint (navigate, is frameset, & exitPP)
3) Removes all but one method from nsIContentViewerFile.idl/h the remaining call is for print regression testing
4) Removes the "static" implementation of nsIContentViewerFile.h
5) Fixed up nsIContentViewerFile.idl and turned it back on so it is now generating the header file
6) Removed all uses of nsIContentViewerFile.h except for the WebCrawler (uses it for Printing Regression testing)
7) nsDocumentViewer.cpp now implements nsIWebBrowserPrint.idl this makes it easier to add new print functionality in one place
8) You can now ask an instance of the ContentViewer for a nsIWebBrowserPrint to do printing (it retruns the nsIWebBrowserPrint interface implemented by the nsDocumentViewer)
9) Anybody who was using nsIContentViewerFile to print will now use nsIWebBrowserPrint
10) You can now do a "GetInterface()" on a GlobalWindow for a nsIWebBrowserPrint
11) The browser UI now uses the GetInterface on the GlobalWindow to get a nsIWebBrowserPrint object to do printing and this can be used for all printing functionality

74b270f1db Fixing bug 120899. Changing the NS_WARN_IF_FALSE() macro so that it can't be mis-used in optimized builds. This change makes the macro not usable in expressions that are supposed to be evaluated in release code since the macro now expands to nothing in non-debug builds. javascript URL links. Two-part fix: moving the call to GetCurrentDocumentOwner
in nsDocShell::LoadInternal to before the target docshell is called, and

7f26ff6952 r=ccarlen, sr=rpotts on the mozilla/docshell/* and mozilla/embedding/* mods (81263). embedding apps can now control whether or not images are loaded in a specific nsWebBrowser window. This is done via nsIWebBrowserSetup. shaver@mozilla.org provided a nsWebBrowserContentPolicy implementation which registers for, and responds to, nsIContentPolicy callbacks giving nsIContentPolicies an opportunity to cancel a load or the processing of an element. processing isn't hooked up yet, and some of the content policy types in the switch statement won't become relevant until further nsIContentPolicy hookup is done. for FTP, HTTP, and Imap (and potentially other protocols). The problem with the existing nsIChannel interface is
that it does not allow one to selectively suspend just one of the read or write operations while keeping the other active.

8ee33dddde This was tested on win32, and is known to build on win32 and solaris. 
Right now, nsIPluginManager::PostURL() has parameters for
postHeadersLength and postHeaders.  However, nothing is being done with
these parameters.  This bug fix utilizes these params for their intended
purpose: to allow the plugin the ability to add HTTP headers to a POST
data stream.

Important assumptions made by this fix:

* postHeadersLength is the correct length for postHeaders.

* postHeaders is a buffer of headers in the form

  "HeaderName: HeaderValue\r\n"

  each header, including the last, MUST be followed by "\r\n".

To affect this fix I had to modify the following files:

Basically, it involved clearing a path so the headers arguments can make
it down to nsIPluginInstanceOwner::GetURL()'s implementation in
nsObjectFrame.cpp, where an nsIInputStream is made of the headers.

9b6efa882b Bug #10802 --> expose load types to load info class so callers can set the load type 
this is needed to implement things like open attachment so we can make the doc shell
think a user click happened when it talks to the uriloader.

I removed two boolean fields which were representing two load types. Simplified the api by allowing you
to pass in any of our load types.

27127b9ae2 stop the crash that causes #40306. the "first time start page" causes us 
many problem on linux, not sure if it is related to that page, or
the redirect.  still investigating.

other changes here remove the crap code that forces you to go to
the checkin guidelines page and to see the account manager on start up
on debug builds.  this was preventing debug builds from seeing the problem.

after this change debug behaves like optimized, which is what we want.
