29c70cffe8 Reduce do_GetService code bloat further by adding specialized assignment to nsCOMPtr and providing a version with no error pointer. This checkin makes it so that we grey out the "Always ask me" checkbox for files sent
with content-disposition:attachment, and show another text indicating that the server
asked to not display the file.
