fe53f95e60 Make the CSSLoader correctly order stylesheets as they are dynamically added 
and removed via the DOM.  Clean up the nsIDocument stylesheet accessors.  Clean
up nsIDocumentObserver stylesheet stuff a bit.  Make style sheets visible in
the CSSOM (though not completely accessible) from the moment the load is kicked
off.  Make us have sheet objects that can be manipulated via CSSOM even for
failed loads. Bug 107567, bug 47734, bug 57225, bug 178407.

d9ea7f8f8f Bug 119321 and bug 80106. Create a generic nsIUnicharStreamLoader that 
makes two callbacks -- one to determine the charset and one to provide
an nsIUnicharInputStream.  Use this in the CSSLoader instead of
allocating a single big buffer for the sheet.  Clean up the way we look
for the @charset charset in the sheet data.

This removes all call-sites I can currently fix. Tomorrow I'll try to get someone to checkin my changes to security/ and I'll get some help with the Netscape side of things.

nsString::GetUnicode()'s final death-blow will be dealt soon. Please keep this in mind as you add new code :-)

8f16f22564 Fixed a crash that resulted from trying to access freed memory in CSSLoaderImpl::DidLoadStyle(). I was trying to access aLoadData to print out an error message after aLoadData had been freed. Moved the error printing code to where aLoadData still has valid content. 1999-06-16 01:29:27 +00:00
