3e017e08c1 Bug 1714821 - Make bookmark separators easier to delete r=mak,desktop-theme-reviewers,dao 
Proton removed the default HR appearance and replaced padding with margins. Unfortunately margins are not clickable. So this patch replaces margins with padding while maintaining the look of proton on Windows, MacOS, and Linux.

d63bd760de Bug 1711261 - Increase toolbar contrast in Mac HCM. r=mstange,desktop-theme-reviewers,dao 
This patch draws a 1px black line around the Urlbar in macOS HCM, which resembles other high contrast macOS apps. This patch only supports Light HCM mode. Since we apply the Firefox Dark lwttheme when in Dark mode, and we do not support lightweight themes in high contrast mode, significantly more work is required to implement basic support for dark HCM on Mac.

arrowcontent part to just "content", since we want to introduce a
"content" part for other panels.

This shouldn't change behavior but makes bug 1708136 a matter of
tweaking a couple CSS rules and fixing up test failures.

a70a1dd61a Bug 1699842 - Keep Firefox in Dock for macOS where windows would Pin without showing images r=pdahiya,flod 
Update ShellService to also check mac pinned but only from the main process, so have AboutWelcomeChild request pinned for use in getDefaults and prepareContent. Remove windows images and consolidate back to single shared css without spacers and instead use margin: auto with logo that is no longer fixed. Split out pin strings to own screen/section and use PLATFORM. Add macOS default prompt message without touching existing windows one.
