218c8bb1c0 Bug 1141041 - Stop using CPOWs for the Page Style menu. r=Gijs 
Instead of using a CPOW to synchronously grab the stylesheet information
from the currently loaded tab, each tab now sends up the stylesheet
information once they've finished loading for the parent to cache.

Unfortunately, the cache will not be invalidated if the stylesheets on
a page are dynamically altered with script.

eab474923e Bug 1201535 - Open view source tabs with about:blank. r=bz 
Loading a view source tab as "about:blank" gets us the fresh tab we need without
making redundant requests.  The view source module will retrieve the actual data
as needed.

a22c2d1f9e Bug 1192924: Expose the update URL formatting code a new UpdateUtils module. r=rstrong 
The GMP manager uses a copy of the update service's url formatting code and has
since fallen out of sync. We'll also want to use the same formatting code for
the system add-on update checks so this just exposes it in a shared API.

I've moved the contents of UpdateChannel.jsm to UpdateUtils.jsm and exposed
formatUpdateURL there as well as a few properties that the update service still
needs access to.

UpdateUtils.UpdateChannel is intended to be a lazy getter but isn't for now
since tests expect to be able to change the update channel at runtime.

efe328f1b2 Bug 912121 - Rewrite require / import to match source tree. rs=devtools 
In a following patch, all DevTools moz.build files will use DevToolsModules to
install JS modules at a path that corresponds directly to their source tree
location.  Here we rewrite all require and import calls to match the new
location that these files are installed to.

78852db01c Bug 1165599 - Restore basic external view source. r=jsantell 
CLOSED TREE

This restores external view source after changes in bug 1025146.  It does
function in e10s, however the page descriptor is not used, so viewing a POST
result will GET the page instead.  This is the same as it was before bug
1025146.

Follow ups will add usage tracking and improve e10s behavior if there is enough
usage.

A race between SessionStore tab duplication and swapBrowsersAndCloseOther was
causing us to usually display a duplicated tab before it was actually ready
to be shown. We were also being pretty inefficient, since SessionStore supports
being able to duplicate a tab into a new window.

03b699b5f3 Bug 1146454 - Stop using CPOWs for printing. r=billm 
We were passing around content window CPOWs before to indicate
which content to send to the printer. This was, naturally, causing
unsafe CPOW usage warnings - especially when attempting to get at
the content window of an iframe with the context menu printing
command.

This patch changes the printing mechanism to use outer window IDs
instead of CPOWs.

a077dba15e Bug 1110887 - Make the plugin crash reporter work with e10s. r=felipe. 
This patch does the following:
* Has the gPluginHandler tell content processes when a NPAPI plugin crashes
* Introduces PluginCrashReporter, and renames TabCrashReporter.jsm to ContentCrashReporters.jsm.
* Makes gPluginHandler use PluginCrashReporter to submit plugin crashes.
* If a plugin crash report is submitted, puts all visible instances into the submitted state.
* Makes the plugin crashed notification bar work with run IDs.
* Removes event and message listeners in PluginContent when uninitting.
