5dc21d568c Bug 1600545 - Remove useless inclusions of header files generated from IDL files in modules/, netwerk/, parser/, security/, startupcache/, storage/, toolkit/, tools/, uriloader/, widget/, xpcom/ and xpfe/ r=Ehsan 
The inclusions were removed with the following very crude script and the
resulting breakage was fixed up by hand. The manual fixups did either
revert the changes done by the script, replace a generic header with a more
specific one or replace a header with a forward declaration.

5949af2c3b Bug 1591717 - Add a pref to notify of unvisited uris in the history service. r=mak,lina 
Behind a pref to ensure that we can turn this off pretty easily if it has perf
impact.

I want to leave the repainting stuff to another bug to land separately, to track
potential (though I hope not!) perf regressions more easily.

c46ec74815 Bug 1580356 - Remove Fennec (Firefox for Android). r=snorp,mshal 
This does many things:

1) stops producing (and consuming) `FennecJNI*` JNI wrappers
2) removes the :app and :thirdparty Gradle projects
3) removes relevant pieces of the Gradle target configuration
4) updates lints
5) purges old configurations

After this commit, the `mobile/android` project/application builds
only GeckoView.

9b769ac3e9 Bug 1391438 - Support FIDO2 for WebAuthn on Android r=snorp,keeler 
Support using the Google Play-provided FIDO2 API for Web Authentication.

FIDO U2F API support  is being handled subsequently in Bug 1550625.

This patch uses the privileged APIs and thus will only work on Fennec Nightly, Beta, and Release builds.

d2ed260822 Bug 1517241 - Rename nsIDocument to mozilla::dom::Document. r=smaug 
Summary: Really sorry for the size of the patch. It's mostly automatic
s/nsIDocument/Document/ but I had to fix up in a bunch of places manually to
add the right namespacing and such.

Overall it's not a very interesting patch I think.

nsDocument.cpp turns into Document.cpp, nsIDocument.h into Document.h and
nsIDocumentInlines.h into DocumentInlines.h.

I also changed a bunch of nsCOMPtr usage to RefPtr, but not all of it.

While fixing up some of the bits I also removed some unneeded OwnerDoc() null
checks and such, but I didn't do anything riskier than that.

e2e452c637 Bug 1501748 - Make GeckoThread.waitOnGecko() time out by default. r=geckoview-reviewers,esawin 
All of the current usage can survive a timeout, and we'd rather
that than a deadlock. Future code that does want to risk a
deadlock can call `GeckoThread.waitOnGeckoForever` instead.

490e611801 Bug 1508472 - Part 5: Fifth batch of comment fix-ups in preparation for the tree reformat r=sylvestre 
This is a best effort attempt at ensuring that the adverse impact of
reformatting the entire tree over the comments would be minimal. I've used a
combination of strategies including disabling of formatting, some manual
formatting and some changes to formatting to work around some clang-format
limitations.

During a session transfer, update existing GeckoEditableChild instances
in the parent and child processes to use the new GeckoEditableParent
instance that corresponds to the new session. If the GeckoEditableChild
has focus, take additional steps to make sure the GeckoEditableParent
receives current input context and focus information.
