f7da03fcf2 Bug 1351490 - Only run plugin finding on flash mime types/extensions; r=bsmedberg 
Now that we only support the flash plugin, we should only run plugin
finding if the flash mime type is requested.

b640dd363b Bug 1351477 - Remove IsSWFPlayerEnabled function; r=bsmedberg 
Since the Shumway project is dead, we no longer register a stream converter for flash files. We can remove this check, as it will always return false.

108e062a3e Bug 418615 - Neuter the code which tries to reframe existing plugin instances when navigator.plugins.refresh(true) is called. Instead, only scan for new plugins, unload unused plugins. bd55aae8e0 Bug 794884. Make SupportImageWithMimeType a static function. r=joe,r=bz 
This removes supportImageWithMimeType from the idl and makes all the
callers call the static function directly. To do this we also need
to export imgLoader.h and imgRequest.h.
