134fed8856 Load background images from style instead of from painting. This makes us 
start loading the background images when we resolve style on an object that

5c676d4a47 Landing of SVG_20020806_BRANCH, Bug 182533. Refactoring of SVG backend, new GDI+ and Libart rendering 
backends, text support on Windows (GDI+), rudimentary text support on Linux (libart/freetype2), presentation

e65d2d2fe5 Eliminate nsIStyleSet as an XPCOM interface, making the implementation internal to layout. Frame constructor ownership moves to the pres shell, and the style set methods that forward to the frame constructor are gone. Rewrote style set sheet add/remove to reduce code size. f09182206c Make nsCSSFrameConstructor::AppendFrames be smarter about looking for :after 
pseudos.  Move some utility functions into nsLayoutUtils; simplify some places

- convert atoms to UTF8 because 99% of the time, that is what they are used for
- add support for static atoms, where the strings are declared in a large const array and not copied into the heap
