1fdfaf36e0 Bug 1695986 - Fix test to adapt to new behavior. r=Gijs 
Frustratingly, this test was previously silently malfunctioning. The
test attempts to test that clicking on add-exception causes navigation
to the real page from the cert error page, but these pages have the same
url, so this was silently always passing.

2feeb33dde Bug 1828966 - Ensure Pin to Toolbar context menu item shows the correct state when opening the context menu. r=mconley 
I could only reproduce on macOS but it is indeed a valid bug. I noticed
that moving the `await` code at the bottom of the function fixed it but
that didn't sound too great.

I decided to propose this patch instead, and I made sure that we
wouldn't hit a similar problem with the "disabled" state of the remove
button. Apparently, that still works as expected (on macOS).

I am not quite sure how to cover that with a test, though, because we
have test coverage for the attributes and the HTML markup is correctly
updated. For example, I could see the correct `checked` attribute in the
HTML (in the devtools) with the wrong context menu item state rendered,
sigh. This likely means the race is at a lower level (cocoa?).

aedb62e8cc Bug 1828114 - Add new help menu item for switching devices r=mconley,fluent-reviewers 
This patch adds a new help menu item to link out to the device migration page on SUMO. I implemented this assuming we want this to be visible in 114 by default but hideable via a pref if needed - happy to flip this logic if we think it's safer to hide the menu item by default instead.

Actually since the tagName may be things like "html:option" we need to
fix a couple other checks in the child actor, too, that was a

d09df296f1 Bug 1824235: Remove testGranularityMask from RFP and rename RFPLite r=timhuang 
- Rename RFPLite to privacy.fingerprintingProtection (FPP)
 - Create two pbmode prefs that will enable RFP/FPP in PBMode
   only. The original prefs will enable it in both modes.
 - Make exempting Web Extensions the default behavior
 - If there are website exemptions in the exemptedDomains pref,
   exempt them unconditionally
 - Use the timezone testing pref to determine whether or not we
   call _tzset on Windows
