ee23acbade Call WillDestroyFrameTree() before destroying the frame tree in ReconstructDocElementHierarchyInternal() because we have cleared the placeholder map etc at this point and we don't want RemoveMappingsForFrameSubtree() to mess with it. d074804c35 Propagate stylesheet principals through to XBL binding loads; streamline load 
security checks in the XBL code (so that all the security checks are gated
through LoadBindingDocumentInfo).  Bug 204140, r=dbaron for the CSS changes,
r=sicking for the XBL changes, sr=sicking.

In particular, this change allows user stylesheets loaded from local files to
link to local files.

1b5f6b30b6 Change the FrameNeedsReflow API to pass the dirty flags to be added directly tothe method, instead of setting them before calling the method. That way we canavoid reflowing the ancestor of a reflow root which is not itself dirty but hasdirty children. This also makes it harder to set dirty bits inconsistentlywith the FrameNeedsReflow call.
