5c676d4a47 Landing of SVG_20020806_BRANCH, Bug 182533. Refactoring of SVG backend, new GDI+ and Libart rendering 
backends, text support on Windows (GDI+), rudimentary text support on Linux (libart/freetype2), presentation

Make failure to fetch the LookAndFeel service cause Init() to fail, don't null check it after that, and inlined the getter. e65d2d2fe5 Eliminate nsIStyleSet as an XPCOM interface, making the implementation internal to layout. Frame constructor ownership moves to the pres shell, and the style set methods that forward to the frame constructor are gone. Rewrote style set sheet add/remove to reduce code size. b4cc5d4695 Fixing bug 124412. Making nsXULDocument inherit nsXMLDocument to avoid the need to duplicate a large amount of code in nsXULDocument. Also removing nsMarkupDocument and nsIDOMEventCapturer that are no longer needed.
