This variant was only used for service workers' openWindow method, which has
been changed to no longer behave in this way, meaning that the type can be
removed. The follow-up simplification of removing
'ContentChild::ProvideWindowCommon', and moving the logic directly into
'BrowserChild' is not done in this bug, and will be done in a follow-up instead.

The 'Id' variant was only used with b2g for remote `mozbrowser`s, and is no
longer relevant. The new code instead uses `PBrowser` directly in all cases.

Now, this method returns simply the result of of `IsMozBrowserElement()`.
In the old days, We used to have IsMozBrowserElement and IsMozBrowserOrApp,
where the latter was true if we had a mozapp or mozbrowser.
But with b2g removed, the app thing went away.
`IsMozBrowser()` is less used than `IsMozBrowserElement()`.
I think the former should be replaced by the later one.

The inclusions were removed with the following very crude script and the
resulting breakage was fixed up by hand. The manual fixups did either
revert the changes done by the script, replace a generic header with a more
specific one or replace a header with a forward declaration.

In this patch, we add the propagation of the first party domain through
the tabContext while creating OOP browsers. In the window.open() case,
we will propagate the first party domain from the opener's browser parent.
And in the frame case, we will propagate it from the manager of the
browserBridgeParent of the OOP frame.

This requires replacing inclusions of it with inclusions of more specific prefs
files.
The exception is that StaticPrefsAll.h, which is equivalent to StaticPrefs.h,
and is used in `Codegen.py` because doing something smarter is tricky and
suitable for a follow-up. As a result, any change to StaticPrefList.yaml will
still trigger recompilation of all the generated DOM bindings files, but that's
still a big improvement over trigger recompilation of every file that uses
static prefs.
Most of the changes in this commit are very boring. The only changes that are
not boring are modules/libpref/*, Codegen.py, and ServoBindings.toml.

It's only moved around, but not actually used anywhere.
I have no idea what this was supposed to control in the past but it doesn't seem
useful to keep it around.
