1b5f6b30b6 Change the FrameNeedsReflow API to pass the dirty flags to be added directly tothe method, instead of setting them before calling the method. That way we canavoid reflowing the ancestor of a reflow root which is not itself dirty but hasdirty children. This also makes it harder to set dirty bits inconsistentlywith the FrameNeedsReflow call. 31f1898810 Bug 300030: Move intrinsic width computation out of nsIFrame::Reflow and into its own methods on nsIFrame. Replace reflow reasons, types, and commands with dirty bits/notifications. Thanks to bzbarsky for almost all of the HTML form controls (mozilla/layout/forms) changes, and many others for help testing and patching. 7fd8feb31d Create an api for easily converting between the coordinate systems of two 
frames or two views.  Use this to fix the auto-positioning of abs pos boxes to

instead of the containing block of kids.  Fix the containing block calculations
for various cases of absolutely positioned descendants of relatively positioned
