6c1dbf46fe servo: Merge #18809 - Update bitflags to 1.0 in every servo crate (from Eijebong:bitflags); r=nox
It still needs dependencies update to remove all the other bitflags
versions.

- [x] `./mach build -d` does not report any errors
- [x] `./mach test-tidy` does not report any errors
- [x] These changes do not require tests because it's a dependency update

5a62942911 servo: Merge #18938 - Replace all uses of the heapsize crate with malloc_size_of (from nnethercote:bug-1409255); r=SimonSapin
Servo currently uses `heapsize`, but Stylo/Gecko use `malloc_size_of`.
`malloc_size_of` is better -- it handles various cases that `heapsize` does not
-- so this patch changes Servo to use `malloc_size_of`.

This patch makes the following changes to the `malloc_size_of` crate.

- Adds `MallocSizeOf` trait implementations for numerous types, some built-in
  (e.g. `VecDeque`), some external and Servo-only (e.g. `string_cache`).

- Makes `enclosing_size_of_op` optional, because vanilla jemalloc doesn't
  support that operation.

- For `HashSet`/`HashMap`, falls back to a computed estimate when
  `enclosing_size_of_op` isn't available.

- Adds an extern "C" `malloc_size_of` function that does the actual heap
measurement; this is based on the same functions from the `heapsize` crate.

This patch makes the following changes elsewhere.

- Converts all the uses of `heapsize` to instead use `malloc_size_of`.

- Disables the "heapsize"/"heap_size" feature for the external crates that
  provide it.

- Removes the `HeapSizeOf` implementation from `hashglobe`.

- Adds `ignore` annotations to a few `Rc`/`Arc`, because `malloc_size_of`
doesn't derive those types, unlike `heapsize`.

e63eef1fc2 servo: Merge #13058 - Response API (from malisas:malisa-responseAPI); r=Manishearth,jdm
<!-- Please describe your changes on the following line: -->
This PR adds the [dom::Response](https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#response-class) implementation and addresses #11896.

The relevant passing tests` expectations have been updated.

In order to allow non-UTF-8-encoded status messages, `net_traits::response::Response`'s `raw_status` field has been changed from type [`Option<RawStatus>`](https://doc.servo.org/hyper/http/struct.RawStatus.html) to type `Option<(u16, Vec<u8>)>`. As a result, a few other files which rely on the `raw_status` field were affected and updated.

TODOs:
- The `body` and `trailer` methods. Relies on implementation of `ReadableStream` and `Promise`s.
- Similarly, replace the dummy constructor `_body: Option<USVString>` argument with `body: ResponseBodyInit`.
- Currently, whenever `r's response's header list` or `r's Headers object` are mentioned, I always modify the `headers_reflector` field (of type dom::Headers, or `r's Headers object`) and not the corresponding hyper::Headers list in the net_traits::Response field. A completely accurate interpretation of the spec might consider making both of these lists the same thing via a reference. [Discussion](https://github.com/whatwg/fetch/issues/358) was [had](https://github.com/servo/servo/pull/12884).

0a6a67fa2d servo: Merge #11791 - Pipeline lookup in webdriver (from craftytrickster:11712/pipeline-lookup); r=asajeffrey
Fixes #11712

<!-- Please describe your changes on the following line: -->

Removed a method that seemed to duplicate already existing functionality, and returned BrowsingContextErrors in the web_handler file where panics were previously occurring.

I am not sure if I like all the unwrapping that occurs in the script thread, but the current methods are not set up to return Option/Result.

Also, should line the method on line 37 `find_node_by_unique_id` of components/script/webdriver_handlers.rs return None if the context is not found like I have it currently? Or should it return a `Result<Option...>` instead?

ca9965b104 servo: Merge #11593 - Make the net monitor panel in FF's devtools show meaningful output (from jdm:netmon); r=nox
<!-- Please describe your changes on the following line: -->
1. Advertise support for the network monitor in the initial protocol communication.
1. Only notify the developer tools server about the final request in an HTTP transaction.
1. Add timing information for connecting to the HTTP server and sending the HTTP request.
1. Reduce duplication between various networkEventUpdate structures by creating a helper function
that merges two JSON structures together. This also corrects the JSON structure so the devtools
client interprets the output correctly.
1. Calculate various header size fields correctly.
1. Remove unnecessary usize->u32 casts by making the appropriate fields usize.
1. Add header values to request and response header messages.
1. Support triggering page reloads via the devtools client.

I apologize that these aren't broken apart. I was making a lot of changes trying to figure out why the panel wasn't working right, and a lot of them were tangled together.

f8093754b7 servo: Merge #8477 - Opaque DOMString (from asajeffrey:opaque-domstring); r=asajeffrey
This patch makes DOMString an opaque wrapper round String (currently it's a transparent wrapper).

The changes are:

* Replacing DOMString(foo) by DOMString::from(foo).
* Replacing foo.0 by String::from(foo).
* Adding functions clear, push_str and extend for in-place mutation of DOMStrings.
* Replacing DOMString by String in other threads (devtools, storage and filereader).
* Making DOMString implement !Send.
* Removing the pub attribute from the contents of DOMString.

This enables experimenting with other string representations in the DOM.

7d512d50d1 servo: Merge #7698 - sorted the declarations in various files (from Wafflespeanut:sorting); r=frewsxcv
This is a direct extract from my abandoned PR for a lint (#7546), along with some rather clumsy modifications (only on `components/script/dom/mod.rs` and `components/style/lib.rs`), because I had to sort some of the files again to make peace with tidy, which hasn't been educated about sorting yet!

d4e45231ec servo: Merge #7224 - Integrate clippy into Servo; cleanup some of script (from Manishearth:clippy); r=Ms2ger
The integration is off by default for now. You can try it out with `./mach build --features "script/plugins/clippy"`.

We're using a branch of clippy with some of the lints changed to Allow, either because they don't apply to us, or because they're noisy and dwarf other warnings (but still should be fixed)

After going through the rest of Servo's warnings I'll figure out which lints we should be keeping.

There's a cargo bug with optional deps that makes it hard for this to work with Cargo.lock -- so this PR contains no changes to lockfiles (and running the build with clippy on may dirty the lockfile, though it gets fixed later)

b3e4dcef5f servo: Merge #7097 - Measure heap memory usage for more types. Fixes #6951 (from boghison:memtypes); r=jdm
Also adds HeapSizeOf implementations/derive for some types. I've used "Cannot calculate Heap size" as a reason everywhere, because my imagination is rather limited. If you'd like me to change this message for specific types, please write something like this: "Trusted - Cannot calculate Heap size for Trusted" so that it would be easier for me to replace them through a script :)

214a812229 servo: Merge #7101 - Allows object evaluation in devtools -- Closes #6724 (from HarryLovesCode:master); r=jdm
The purpose of this is to fix how objects were previously evaluated in
the developer tools.

- Before this, evaluating an object such as the `window` would `panic!`
- After this, evaluating an object such as the `window` outputs `[object
  Window]`

A few things to note:

- This commit contains `unsafe` code.
- This does not contain a test because the developer tools cannot be properly tested until #5971 lands.

fixes #5232

The correct styling shows up in the Firefox devtools (e.g. a caution symbol beside warning messages.)

I couldn't quickly find the corresponding Firefox code that handles log-levels so the values I'm sending are "guesses" (but they work seem to work.) I'll look today because I'm sending "log" for Debug-level, Error for failed asserts etc.
