e43f5a49fd Remove nsIStyleContext (bug 114713), r/sr=dbaron. Changed lots of methods to use nsStyleContext* or already_AddRefed<nsStyleContext> as return values, depending on whether a reference is returned. 1ac7a3715e Bug 77834: Fix problem where form control state is being restored to the wrong form control or not restored at all when going back and forth through session history. The problem was that the hash key we used was the content ID, which was not consistent from page load to page load. 9abec73fbe DOM string changes. All nsString& in DOM interfaces (and interfaces needed by DOM implementations) have been changed to nsAReadableString& and nsAWritableString&. edbb56773e Fix leak on hovering over a scrollbar and re-fix similar leak for text inputs (bug 42895) by adding a "general" method for unrooting anonymous content created through nsIAnonymousContentCreator, plus a hack to deal with the scrollbars on the root element. Some of the other SetDocumentForAnonymousContent methods *may* need to be implemented.
