Precomputing the skipBEnd bit is odd / wrong. Using the PreReflow
version causes no regression, and allows us to simplify the code.
It also reverts the test annotations added to bug 1675376 which were
caused by the extra argument to GetLogicalSkipSides() somehow.

This patch is generated via the rename functionality in my editor; add

Both are aliases to IntrinsicISizeType::MinISize and
IntrinsicISizeType::PrefISize.
Remove MOZ_ASSERT in nsLayoutUtils::IntrinsicForAxis and
nsContainerFrame::DoInlineIntrinsicISize since IntrinsicISizeType is a
enum class nowadays, which cannot have other values.
I've compiled this patch with DEBUG_INTRINSIC_WIDTH defined in
nsLayoutUtils.cpp, and fixed aWM undefined in
nsLayoutUtils::MinSizeContributionForAxis().

Before this patch, nsTableCellFrame never skips border and padding. If
it needs to be broken into multiple fragments, its children don't have a
correct available space to reflow. (A side effect of this is that
nsTableCellFrame renders correctly if it has
box-decoration-break:clone.)
table-nested-1308876-1-ref.html is modified to reflect the rendering
after applying this patch, which isn't necessarily correct (based on the
file's comment).

This changeset is a simple find and replace of `MOZ_FALLTHROUGH` and `[[fallthrough]]`.
Unfortunately, the MOZ_FALLTHROUGH_ASSERT macro (to assert on case fallthrough in debug builds) is still necessary after switching from [[clang::fallthrough]] to [[fallthrough]] because:
* MOZ_ASSERT(false) followed by [[fallthrough]] triggers a -Wunreachable-code warning in DEBUG builds
* but MOZ_ASSERT(false) without [[fallthrough]] triggers a -Wimplicit-fallthrough warning in NDEBUG builds.

The inclusions were removed with the following very crude script and the
resulting breakage was fixed up by hand. The manual fixups did either
revert the changes done by the script, replace a generic header with a more

This makes us pass web platform test contain-layout-baseline-004.html (i.e. it
makes us treat that test's 'contain:layout' table-cell as having no baseline,
so we align its bottom edge with the other cell's actual baseline, as the test
expects).
This is required by the spec text at [1] which excludes most table parts but
includes table cells, and says "the containing element is treated as having no
baseline".

This should be an idempotent patch. The way to come up with this patch has been:
* Run the first script attached to the bug and pipe it to xclip, then paste it
in color.rs
* Add the relevant #[derive] annotations and remove the color.mako.rs
definition.
* Reorder the values to match the ColorID definition, on which some widget
prefs and caching stuff relies on.
* Manually port some documentation from nsLookAndFeel.h
* Run `rg 'eColorID_' | cut -d : -f 1 | sort | uniq >files`
* Run the second script attached to the bug.
* Manually fix usage of `LAST_COLOR` (adding the `End` variant), and adding
casts to integer as needed.
* Add an static assert so that people remember to update the prefs, rather than
a comment on the definition :)

This is the main performance improvement, and means that we no longer have to iterate all the cells for each column.
It has a couple of behaviour changes:
The first is that we no longer apply stacking context effects (like opacity) to column and column group backgrounds.
I believe this is correct as per both CSS2.1 Appendix E, and css-tables-3 (quoted in nsTableColFrame::BuildDisplayList).
This matches the behaviour of blink and WebKit.
We also previously created items in column,row ordering, whereas now they will be in row,column. In cases where two cells
overlap (using rowspan and colspan to extend multiple neighbours in to the same place) this can render backgrounds in a
different order, but the new behaviour matches blink and WebKit.

This patch moves some `enum` in `nsIPresShell` which are in public scope into
`mozilla` namespace and change them as `enum class`es.
Unfortunately, only "where to scroll" enum is just defines constants of
percentages of scroll destination. Therefore, this patch makes only them
as `static const`.

Additionally, this patch makes `nsFrame.h` stop including `nsIPresShell.h`
and makes each users include `mozilla/PresShell.h` instead. So, this improves
rebuild performance of `nsIPresShell.h` (and `mozilla/PresShell.h` in the
future).
Note that due to `nsIFrame::PresShell()`, `mozilla::` prefix is necessary for
`PresShell` in a lot of classes which are derived from `nsIFrame` even in
`.cpp` files.
