f17ea9075a Bug 1751047 - Remove support for intr messages from IPC, r=ipc-reviewers,mccr8 
All uses of the intr message type have been removed from the tree, and the only
remaining uses are in IPDL tests, which currently do not test the IPDL runtime.
This test fully removes support for intr messages from the MessageChannel
interface.

CLOSED TREE

We don't need these macros anymore, for two reasons:

1. We have static analysis to provide the same sort of checks via `MOZ_RAII`
   and friends.
2. clang now warns for the "temporary that should have been a declaration" case.

The extra requirements on class construction also show up during debug tests
as performance problems.

This change was automated by using the following sed script:

124379887c Bug 1617327 - Part 2: Remove nsAutoPtr usage from ipc, security, IDB. r=mccr8,janv 
This removes `nsAutoPtr` usage from ipc/. security/ failed to build due to missing includes so I fixed that as well. IDB was using `ThreadLocal` from ipc which had a member changed to a `UniquePtr` so needed to be updated as well. localstorage was missing some includes.

69790bc62e Bug 1600545 - Remove useless inclusions of header files generated from IDL files in accessible/, browser/, caps/, chrome/, devtools/, docshell/, editor/, extensions/, gfx/, hal/, image/, intl/, ipc/, js/, layout/, and media/ r=Ehsan 
The inclusions were removed with the following very crude script and the
resulting breakage was fixed up by hand. The manual fixups did either
revert the changes done by the script, replace a generic header with a more
specific one or replace a header with a forward declaration.

e7f3517b8a Bug 1518639: Implement windows remoting server and client. r=jimm 
Implements the windows remove client and server based on the current remoting
code in nsNativeAppSupportWin.cpp. Makes the hidden window classname encode both
program name and profile name. nsNativeAppSupportWin is now just used for
setting up the console.

2f9e2d054c Bug 1511438 Part 1: Replace ProcessTypeRequiresWinEventHook with XRE_Win32kCallsAllowed. r=froydnj 
ProcessTypeRequiresWinEventHook was added when attempting to turn on win32k
lockdown for GMP processes. Having a less specific, but globally accessible,
function will make it more useful while applying win32k lockdown to other
process types.

d3789d2d6b Bug 1369419 GetMessage() and PeekMessage() shouldn't be used directly as far as possible r=jimm 
In TSF mode, application should retrieve messages with ITfMessagePump::GetMessage() or ITfMessagePump::PeekMessage() since TSF/TIP may handle the message before or after the host application handles it.

This patch rewrites the API users with WinUtils::(Get|Peek)Message() which use ITfMessagePump if it's available.

81c169c2a9 Bug 792652 - Remove methods from MessageListener (r=dvander) 
With this change, MessageChannel stores mListener as an IToplevelProtocol
rather than a MessageListener (which isn't really a useful concept on
its own). The MessageListener methods are split out to IProtocol and
IToplevelProtocol. MessageListener gets deleted. Some of the inline
functions in MessageChannel had to be moved to MessageChannel.cpp since
IToplevelProtocol isn't defined in MessageChannel.h.
