e65d2d2fe5 Eliminate nsIStyleSet as an XPCOM interface, making the implementation internal to layout. Frame constructor ownership moves to the pres shell, and the style set methods that forward to the frame constructor are gone. Rewrote style set sheet add/remove to reduce code size. 476c30fdff Make sure that Init() failures for image frames don't mean no alt text. Also 
fixes a crasher when reframing fixed-pos frames.

This change adds an assertion in ConstructHTMLFrame that InitAndRestoreFrame
should succeed (unless it returns NS_ERROR_FRAME_REPLACED).  This is an interim
change; eventually we want to bail out on errors, but there may be frame impls
that return errors in non-error conditions from Init() (eg nsFrameSetFrame did
that) and we're a little close to freeze.

Prevent the building js component loader (--disable-jsloader)
A build option to only build a single profile (--enable-single-profile)
A build flag to only built the required xpfe components (--disable-xpfe-components).

Removal or hiding of unused functions and classes including nsEscape*, nsDequeIterator, nsRecyclingAllocatorImpl, nsDiscriminatedUnion, nsOpaqueKey, nsCRT::strlen, NS_NewCommandLineService

eb7778a448 Remove ClearUndisplayedContentMap hack from ReconstructStyleData (expanded for bug 118014; see bug 136728). Fix multiple content inserted notifications from XBL (the real cause of bug 118014) by checking the undisplayed content map in addition to the primary frame map. 13fdc1980a Fix for bug 106489 (Text entered in box does not appear) 
- Moved MoveChildrenTo() and GetRealFrame() to a point in the
  file where they could be called from my new utility method
  AdjustOutOfFlowFrameParentPtrs().

- Modified MoveChildrenTo() to take an nsFrameConstructorState arg,
  so that it can call my new method AdjustOutOfFlowFrameParentPtrs()
  so that out-of-flow floater frames are reparented to the correct
  containing block when the placeholder is moved under the block
  created in ConstructInline().

8e8fb14ea0 Fix 2 cases where ReResolveStyleContext was broken, causing serious problems with dynamic style reresolution. Change nsIFrame::GetStyleContextProvider to GetParentStyleContextFrame, always use its result rather than using the parent frame in some cases, and move a bit of the complexity into the GetParentStyleContextFrame implementations. Fix block-within-inline case (bug 129350) using a special-previous-sibling frame property and ensuring that NS_FRAME_IS_SPECIAL is copied when frames are split.
