f1b954f437 Bug 1224403 (part 12) - Remove WidgetToScreenOffsetUntyped(). r=kats. 
There are few enough calls now that using WidgetToScreenOffset() +
ToUnknownPoint() is a better approach.

The bulk of this commit was generated with a script, executed at the top
level of a typical source code checkout.  The only non-machine-generated
