ee701f64d7 Bug 1667915 - Separate marker category from marker options - r=gregtatum 
The `category.WithOptions(...)` syntax was a bit strange and difficult to explain.

Now the category and options are separate parameters. Default options can be specified with `MarkerOptions{}` or just `{}`.

As a special case, defaulted-NoPayload functions don't need `<>`, and defaulted-NoPayload functions and macros don't even need `{}` for default options, e.g.:
`profiler_add_marker("name", OTHER); PROFILER_MARKER_UNTYPED("name", OTHER);`

b63923c338 Bug 1663418 - Faster path for ContentProcess in RequestProcInfo;r=froydnj 
Prior to this patch, RequestProcInfo attempts to examine all processes from mozilla::ipc::GeckoChildProcessHost::GetAll callbacks.

This causes two issues:
- lifetime management for raw `ContentProcess*` used during the callbacks works but is complicated to audit;
- for each `GeckoChildProcessHost` identified as a `ContentProcess`, we need to perform a linear lookup within content processes during each callback, which makes the code O(n^2) where n is the number of content processes.

This patch rewrites this section of `RequestProcInfo` by splitting it as follows:

1. We use the same `GeckoChildProcessHost::GetAll` callback to examine non-ContentProcess, without any lookup.
2. We use the list of `ContentProcess` to examine ContentProcesses, without any lookup.

As a bonus, new code is not as deeply nested.

923ecc4e6a Bug 1658075 - part1 : move testing functions to new namespace 'MediaControlService'. r=smaug,chunmin 
Create a new namespace `MediaControlService` to use those helper functions which is used to get the main controller related status.

Then, move those functions from `ChromeUtils` to `MediaControlService`, which give us two benefit. The first is that we can remove redudant test-only enum `MediaSessionPlaybackTestState`, the second is a pref-required work for bug1656398, to fix the build order error when exposing `MediaSessionPlaybackState` in the media controller's webidl.

87438519f0 Bug 1637500 - P2. Rename methods as they are not always dealing with "threads". r=froydnj 
Before P1, GetCurrentThreadSerialEventTarget would have always returned the same data as NS_GetCurrentThread, making the comment incorrect Now it will properly return the running TaskQueue if any.

This change of name more clearly exposes what they are doing, as we aren't always dealing with threads directly; but a nsISerialEventTarget

934302cd0d Bug 1640998 - part9 : use MediaControlKey to replace MediaControlKeysEvent r=chunmin,agi,geckoview-reviewers 
This patch will
- remove `MediaControlKeysEvent` and use `MediaControlKey` to replace it
- rename names for all `MediaControlKey` related methods, functions, classes and descriptions

The advantage of doing so are
- remove the duplicated type so that we only need to maintain `MediaControlKey`
