cd5f71abe4 Bug 1120110 - Consistently save pages bookmarked using 'Bookmark This Page' anywhere into the 'Other Bookmarks' folder. r=mak 
Since we're not passing an optional parent folder around anymore, this patch also
removes PlacesCommandHook.bookmarkCurrentPage() in favor of a simplified
PlacesCommandHook.bookmarkPage() signature.

43ee76c5ed Bug 1407351 - Remove nightly-only e10s testing features from the main browser window. r=mikedeboer 
The only thing that I didn't remove was the process ID on the tab tooltip, which I find to be super helpful. For that, I changed the check from E10S_TESTING_ONLY to NIGHTLY_BUILD.

a9596f0e57 Bug 1201331 (part 1) - use a broadcaster to manage the Sync status. r=adw 
This patch leverages broadcasters to keep the various sync UI elements sane.
Rather than adding yet another button ID to browser-syncui, we now just update
the broadcaster and let all the elements automagically get the attributes.

03b699b5f3 Bug 1146454 - Stop using CPOWs for printing. r=billm 
We were passing around content window CPOWs before to indicate
which content to send to the printer. This was, naturally, causing
unsafe CPOW usage warnings - especially when attempting to get at
the content window of an iframe with the context menu printing
command.

This patch changes the printing mechanism to use outer window IDs
instead of CPOWs.
