b5969d7a88 Bug 1796305 - Remove disable UnusedResource lint

367901441b Bug 1812149 - Add ActivityContextWrapper before updating locale 
From ohall's learnings, we know that we need to use the original Android
Activity Context with the system PrintManager. When a configuration
change happens, a new Context is created and the original is lost.
The most straight-forward way to do that is to use a ContextWrapper
which internally holds a reference to the original context.

3d6e24b0a1 Bug 1809919 - Implement ActivityContextDelegate in AC 
This bug implements the GeckoView.ActivityContextDelegate in AC. The
purpose of this feature is to give GeckoView access to the containing
activity to start a PrintManager (or for potential other uses). Not to
be confused with the runtime delegate of GeckoActivityDelegate, which is
tightly tied to webauthn.

29325133df Bug 1800268 - Refactor ToolbarAutocompleteFeature to allow easily changing providers 
This class drives the autocomplete feature and previously only allowed for
adding a history or domains autocomplete provider.
With the new changes it will support adding and removing any autocomplete
provider individually or in bulk.

fdde48d8c7 Bug 1804258 - Prevent overlapping of cancel requests for history reads 
With more search providers querying the same history storage but only after
they try to cancel the in-progress queries it is possible for the cancel
requests to overlap and one search provider to cancel the queries of another.

To mitigate this a new method is available which will use the current input to
query the storage for as a way to drop new cancel requests for the same input.

The snackbar is placed depending on the toolbar so the relation should be
reversed. The toolbar should not know about and control the snackbar.
There could be other siblings that the snackbar wants to position itself by
and so removing this responsability from BrowserToolbarBehavior will help
better support current and future flows.
