This replaces the `rustlog` module, but uses UniFFI to expose the
interface.
Updated Focus to not pass the crash reporter to `RustLog.enable()`.
This parameter has been ignored/deprecated for a while, but only the
Fenix code was updated to not pass it.
The new system was merged in #12266 and we have started using it for all
components in app-services. I've been checking the Sentry reports and
it seems like it's working, so let's remove the old one.
Running ./gradlew ktlint locally reports a lot of stuff like:

This fixes it with:
