cf0cd77ad8 Bug 1624044 - Wait for SessionStartup initialization before using it in willCheckDefaultBrowser. r=dao 
The sessionType getter in SessionStartup sets its internal state if there isn't already one. Since the willCheckDefaultBrowser call added in bug 1622195 happens very early, SessionStartup isn't initialized yet so its state is set to "never restore".

32ae03260b Bug 1569848 - Mark logins as vulnerable if they use a password shared with a breached login by the same user. r=MattN 
This patch adds the basic plumbing for vulnerable logins. Correct icons and strings will be fixed in future work. As such, this feature is still disabled.

498eb426c1 Bug 1624124 - Port.sender should include a frameId r=aswan 
Regressions from bug 1316748.  We had tests for sender.frameId, but they
were all for runtime.sendMessage() and friends.  Unfortunatelly, bug 1316748
was split to only deal with Ports, so I sdded some tests to cover this case
as well.

Only 3 callers are using a non-UTF-8 charset as the first parameter.
* MediaDocument.cpp: This does not make sense because the "filename" part of

* Finder.jsm: This caused bug 1623222.

664a546418 Bug 1618260 - Fix number input so that it honors overflow-clip-box-block. r=mats 
This never worked, but it's more visible with the new form controls which have
more padding.

Make the anonymous div and co a pseudo-element, so that they inherit from the
<input> properly in all cases. This works for non-number inputs because the
editor root is a direct child of the <input>, but it doesn't for number inputs
because there's a flex wrapper in between.

This way overflow-clip-box: inherit does what we want. Reset the padding in the
inline direction, as the padding for <input type=number> applies to the arrow
boxes as well, and thus we'd double-apply it.

8aefbf2bdc Bug 1617959: Switch to the babel-eslint parser and turn on support for optional chaining and nullish coalescing operator syntaxes. r=Standard8 
The babel-eslint parser defaults to assuming all scripts are modules. Although
we're moving in that direction it seems reasonable to set the default as regular
scripts for now. All the places that were previously overriding the parser are
already specifying the sourceType in their eslint configs.

I chose to put the babel config in a file that babel itself won't look to avoid
the risk of this config impacting the use of babel elsewhere in the tree.

This patch does the following:
* Moves most logic for initiating about:home / about:newtab into AboutNewTab.jsm
* Makes AboutNewTab the API surface for overriding the default about:newtab URLs.
* Reduces the surface of nsIAboutNewTabService, and makes the properties read-only
* Splits the remaining code in the nsIAboutNewTabService into an implementation for
  the parent process, and one for content processes.

This split will hopefully help reduce confusion about which code in
AboutNewTabService is running in which process.

1d2a8f18d0 Bug 1617673 - Give the root element in the bookmark properties window an id so that persistence works again r=mak 
The ID was removed in Bug 1585482 and moved to the child dialog element which breaks xulstore persistence.
This gives the dialog a new id and uses the original "bookmarkproperties" for the window so any existing
xulstore values will work without a ui migration.
