07f0b37e58 Bug 1893505 - Add custom right-click menu to sidebar extension r=sidebar-reviewers,fluent-reviewers,Gijs,sfoster 
This patch creates a new context menu for the revamped sidebar, including existing
options for managing extensions. We should be able to build off the `onSidebarPopupShowing`
function to customize what we want to show based on what sidebar item we right click.

add5221d27 Bug 1892249 - Use nsIZipWriter to compress the staging folder. r=backup-reviewers,fchasen 
This is an intermediary stage before the compressed archive gets (optionally)
encrypted and written into the container file. This is why there's not a whole
lot of testing for the compressed file - those tests will get added once it
completes its journey into the container file so that we can test both
extraction and decompression at the same time.

f22c00c889 Bug 1790428 - Remove ExperimentFakes.enrollWithRollout r=chumphreys 
enrollWithRollout skipped all enrollment logic in ExperimentManager.enroll by
calling ExperimentStore.addEnrollment directly. This prevents prefs being set
by Nimbus correctly when enrolling. enrollWithFeatureConfig already supports
enrolling as a rollout, so all uses of enrollWithRollout have been replaced.

57df8917ac Bug 1895870 - Simplify refresh driver observer set-up. r=smaug 
There's no call to AddRefreshObserver(FlushType::Layout), so we don't
need to track layout flushes. The only reason we need
mLayoutFlushObservers is so that reflows triggered from the style flush
get processed. But at that point, we can just flush layout directly.

There's no really good distinction between style flushes and layout
flushes with container queries anyways, so this makes the code simpler
to reason about.
