ogiorgis be61f74c7a Bug 1820759 - add sphinx support to rstcheck r=firefox-source-docs-reviewers,linter-reviewers,sylvestre DONTBUILD ... This suppresses rstcheck errors due to code-block and caption . This also removes errors related to mermaid (Bug 1815454).
