Testing fails if trying to run in a setup without git or hg because the testing platform doesn't handle properly the OSError python exception that is raised in case of missing executables. As per default python documentation: The most common exception raised is OSError. This occurs, for example, when trying to execute a non-existent file. Applications should prepare for OSError exceptions. So prepare the testing tool to it Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D65716 --HG-- extra : moz-landing-system : lando
