			This patch splits `nsAvailableMemoryWatcher` into 1) an nsISupports-derived class `nsAvailableMemoryWatcherBase` and 2) a platform-specific class `nsAvailableMemoryWatcher`, taking out the 2) part as a new file AvailableMemoryWatcherWin.cpp without any change.
