I noticed that the `objdir:build` entry in `build/virtualenv_packages.txt` entry was apparently unused. This originates from bug 841713, seven years ago, when the `objdir` handling was introduced. Today, this doesn't appear to be serving a purpose. There is no Python library in my `$objdir/build` directory; nor can I see anything in `build/moz.build` or any related files suggesting one could ever appear. I can only assume this feature has outlived its usefulness, so delete it and the relevant in-tree support. This necessitates slightly changing the signature and implementation of the `activate_pipenv()` method; also update all callers. This directory contains common Python code. The basic rule is that if Python code is cross-module (that's "module" in the Mozilla meaning - as in "module ownership") and is MPL-compatible, it should go here. What should not go here: * Vendored python modules (use third_party/python instead) * Python that is not MPL-compatible (see other-licenses/) * Python that has good reason to remain close to its "owning" (Mozilla) module (e.g. it is only being consumed from there).
