The old code operates in the CSS pixel coordinate, so we should use the type system to express that. With this patch, nsImageControlFrame, nsImageFrame, and nsImageMap now have no usage of nsIntPoint. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D136647
