Most importantly, this removes the reference to the IAccessible2_3 interface, which is now deprecated and thus missing from the IDL we build in accessible/interfaces/ia2/IA2Typelib.idl. This directory was created for code which is used in the Mozilla project in some way but is not under the MPL or a compatible license like the Apache 2, BSD or MIT licenses. It is _NOT_ for "all non-MPLed code". Before putting any new code in here, please consult licensing@mozilla.org. It is quite likely that this is not the right place.
